One job: get the connected loop live — you edit in the Press Office, and digitalallies.net changes. Twenty working days, two lighter review days a week. One focus per day, sized to the ~135 minutes you've got. Tick as you go; it saves itself. Print it if you'd rather check off on paper.

How to run this without burning out
One card a day. Each day is a single focus. Do it, tick it, close the laptop.
Stop at 135. If the timer's up mid-task, leave a note in your commit and pick it up tomorrow. The plan has slack.
Every build day ends two ways: a commit pushed to GitHub, and a green deploy on Vercel. If both are true, the day shipped.
"Done when —" lines are your acceptance check. Don't tick the day complete until its Done-when is true.
Weekends are review, not building. Skim, confirm, breathe. The work waits.
You're driving Claude. Items tagged Code mean "have Claude Code write it" — your job is to point, paste, and check the result, not to type the code.
When the last box is ticked, the loop is closed: a page edited in the Press Office redraws the live site, the contact form drops a transmission in your inbox, and login works on the real domain. That's Phase 1 — a connected CMS running digitalallies.net for real. Everything after it (multi-client, plans, billing, The Workshop) is additive and sellable. No surprises, no silent scope creep. Go take a real lunch break.
